Gena brings more than a decade of financial services and client experience expertise to Herr Wealth Advisory. With a background in advisory roles at CIBC and Sun Life, and digital design leadership in e-commerce, she blends thoughtful service with a strong eye for detail.

With a strong foundation in both psychology and economics, Gena combines her analytical mindset with a natural empathy for clients. She believes that every interaction is an opportunity to listen closely, respond thoughtfully, and deliver value through both service and design. Gena works closely with both clients and the rest of our team to ensure a professional and cohesive experience across all touchpoints – whether digital or in-person.

Outside of the office, Gena enjoys creative design in applied arts projects, wood carving, gardening, and studying philosophy and theology. These personal pursuits reflect her love of thoughtful craftsmanship and her commitment to lifelong learning.
